Voice Cash — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Voice Cash account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Voice Cash app (package com.voicecash.app), operated by Software Bazar Bangladesh.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Voice Cash app and log in.
2. Go to Profile (প্রোফাইল).
3. Tap Delete account (অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন).
4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account:

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, mobile number, PIN, profile photo, signature).
• All your financial records — transactions, accounts, categories, loans, budgets, bill reminders, and notes.
• Voice recordings, receipt images, and generated report files you created.
• Login sessions, access tokens, and device/notification tokens.
• Approximate (IP-derived) location logs tied to your account.
• If you were the only member of your business/workspace, the empty workspace is removed as well.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletion happens immediately for in-app requests; email requests are completed within 7 days.

What may be retained

We do not keep your personal or financial data after deletion. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, aggregate, non-identifying logs, or transaction records a payment/SMS provider is legally required to keep). These contain no usable personal profile once the account is removed.
